Cheat Edit:

Save a game using these names:

SPEEDY   -  Enable bonus track
MUZFRANK  -  Change the in-game voices
ASHCAKES  -  Lava mode

Note: After saving as SPEEDY, start a Quick Race and then abandon it. The bonus track should now appear on the track list.
